Eddie Barrera was a godsend. I had my house in Adelanto listed for three months with no luck. Then Eddie stepped in and within 13 days, it was sold and not just sold, but at my original asking price. I couldn’t believe it. He came all the way from Azusa, showed up early to open houses, and really stayed on top of everything. He had beautiful photos taken, even drone shots, and put together videos and ads that made the house stand out online. You could tell he really cared about doing things right. He kept me updated the whole time and handled the back and forth so I didn’t have to worry. Everything went smooth, and I was able to move out of state like I’d hoped. Honestly, I’m just grateful. If you want someone who works hard, communicates well, and puts your best interest first, Eddie’s your guy. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat.

My fiancee and I bought a house on Sept of 2024 and had the pleasure of having Eddie as our realtor. He was very knowledgeable on every questions we had. Was introduced to Eddie through some mutuals because I was searching for a home to rent. He asked me all the requirements I was looking for and what my budget was. He has the super handy website, similar to zillow, where you can check out photos, amenities, and anything else you need to know about the house you’re interested in. It sends daily updates for new houses on the market. It was so handy and so easy to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. We narrowed it down and Eddie met up with us in many different cities to help us check out some homes. He was honest with us about what he thought would work for us or wouldn’t based on our preferences and budget. The home I’m in now, is all thanks to Eddie. Eddie is a hands on realtor. He keeps us posted with the new and upcoming house listing. He helps us navigate our way in finding our “home” by constantly giving us tips and advices. He is a good negotiator and always thinks of what is best for us. Through out the transactions he guide us all the way until we finally close the deal.
